Service Dynamics is a specialist enterprise service management (ESM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) business working with clients to implement their service management, automation and business process solutions. This is achieved utilising Cherwell's powerful and intuitive software and business technology platform.

We believe in the extensive capability of enterprise service management to empower IT to automate service delivery and support processes, to improve business process efficiency, to reduce operating costs, and to drive a superior customer experience.

We design, configure and implement Cherwell Service Management solutions and provide clients with training, ongoing support, and application development services.

Phil is passionate about delivering great outcomes for our customers and supporting his awesome Team and our customer-centric company culture. Phil has an MBA from Auckland University.

Chief Technical Officer 

As CTO Damien is responsible for making business better for our customers, by managing the design, delivery and implementation of outstanding business and technical processes, and pairing this with smarter and more efficient technology.  Damien has worked in business administration and technology for 25 years, across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
